It’s Not 2014 Yet


The calendar says December 7, 2013.

In a little over 3 weeks, most people will be setting their 2014 New Year’s Resolutions. And for most people, this will be the one time all year they set goals. Why must someone wait until the new year to become motivated to make some positive change in their life and set goals?

Well.. obviously, you don’t.

Here is a reminder that there are a little over 3 weeks left in 2013. Three weeks is a long time. If you want to break a bad habit, or set a new good habit, you have time! Many researchers and habit pros say it takes 21 days to set a new habit.

Before thinking of the goals and changes you want to make in 2014, pause and review your 2013 goals and resolutions, and look at the next 24 days as enough time to still see the success in 2013. End 2013 the right way!
